Profile:•Diplome in finance.•Experienced 3 years in a hotel•Control perfectly FrenchGood control tools •a (Windows office)Missions:• Inspect all purchasing procedures relating to contributions, purchase requisitions and price comparison.•Control and procedures for receipt, storage and output are met.• Check reports daily of F & B reception and supplies.•Establish reports the cost of food and drink.•Establish a potential cost of revenue/beverage needs.•Assess the inventories and control any deviation.• Inspect every day the stock of all the bars.•Establish the calculation of actual costs for specific facilities by comparison with the potential cost.• Assist in F & b meetings• Put in place, control systems, according to the external auditor and the Director of F & B.
